Oyeronke is a first-class graduate of the Nigerian Law School and an excellent legal practitioner with a focus on corporate and commercial law, her experience spans both transactional and advisory work.

At Greychapel Legal, she handles a diverse range of tailor-made solutions for clients by drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, conducting legal research, and managing corporate compliance.

Prior to joining Greychapel Legal, Oyeronke was a Trainee Associate at a Lagos-based law firm where she gained experience in intellectual property portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
