Oladele is a consummate and resourceful legal professional with vast experience and knowledge of law spanning a wide range of practice areas. He holds a Master’s of Laws (LL.M) Degree (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Oladele is a Notary Public, he is also a registered capital market consultant with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has advised on significant transactions, including the divestment of SPDC & Ors’ from OML 42, the Osun State Government N60 Billion Infrastructure Bond and Sukuk which is the first State issuance in Nigeria, and several cross-border syndicated facilities.
As a subject matter expert, he presents papers and facilitates trainings on law and finance. He currently serves as the 1st Vice Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee of the NBA-SBL and the Honorary Vice-president of the Warwick University Nigeria Alumni Association.
