Fauziyah is a commercially focused legal practitioner with strong academic credentials and a background in corporate and commercial law. She holds an LLM in Legal Practice from the University of Law in the UK, where she graduated with distinction, and has successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE) as part of the route to qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Fauziyah obtained her LLB (Hons) with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Birmingham. She also graduated from the Nigerian Law School with a Second Class Upper Division and has consistently demonstrated academic excellence throughout her legal training.

Her practice spans transactional and advisory work across diverse sectors including finance and investment.
