Joseph is an erudite and astute lawyer with wealth of knowledge and experience in litigation spanning banking & finance, capital market maritime law, Oil and gas law, labour and industrial relations, corporate insolvency/recoveries, election petitions and Land law. He is a practice specialist with an in-depth knowledge of the rules of court and has practiced as a trial advocate since 1993. He has participated in over 280 cases, including the criminal appeal case of The Republic of Togo Vs. Sefeou, as Special Counsel for the Defendant at the Criminal Court of Appeal, Lome, Republic of Togo under executive Adhoc Fiat/Special License, where he obtained victory for the defendant in 1996, and has written over 200 Briefs of argument. He recently obtained an International Executive postgraduate Diploma (IPGD), with distinction and a Master of Arts (M.A) Degree
