Advised on an incorporated joint venture in respect of the co-production of a reality television show between Black Studios; a renowned reality television production enterprise in Nigeria and UMG Universal Music International Company Limited; (the Nigerian Subsidiary of Universal Music group) an international music business company specializing in the production, management and distribution of artistes, musical works and sound recordings around the globe. We advised Black Studios on the setting up of the SPV, the negotiation, drafting and reviewing of the transaction documents including the Co-Production Agreement, the Financing Agreement, the Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, and the Shareholders Agreement as well as on other legal issues arising from the transaction.

Drafted, reviewed and negotiated several endorsement agreements and brand influencer agreements.

Advised a client (the investee company) on the equity investment of the sum of $200,000 received from a consortium of investors for financing the launch of national giveaway lottery scheme.

d. Advised a consortium of financiers on a $200,000 funding availed a production company towards the production cost of an entertainment show.
