Adebola is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law. He has advised on several high-value transactions, including the sale of a hospitality business, issuance of bonds, sukuk and fixed income funds, power, banking, financing of infrastructures and petroleum operations, and development of infrastructures under PPP frameworks.
Adebola is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he obtained his LLB Degree. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and currently the Vice Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of the institute.
As a governance professional, he has a broad range of skills and expertise in finance, corporate governance and administration which serves him in advising clients. He has strong research skills and having worked as an in-house counsel in a petroleum marketing company where he advised and assisted the company on legal and regulatory matters, he balances legal advisory service with a strong commercial awareness. He previously worked in the law firms of Ukiri & Lijadu. Kola Awodein & Co., and ‘Bola Ige & Co.
